About us
Editorial policy
How Clinical Trials Hub reports, sources, reviews and corrects its coverage of clinical trials and drug development.
Our mission
Clinical Trials Hub reports on clinical research, drug development and regulation for patients, clinicians and industry readers. We aim to be accurate, independent and clear, explaining what new evidence means and what it does not.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made by our editors alone. Advertisers, sponsors and partners have no influence over what we cover, how we cover it, or the conclusions we draw. Any sponsored content is clearly labelled and kept separate from our journalism.
Sources and evidence
We base our reporting on primary sources wherever possible: peer-reviewed publications, trial registries, regulatory documents and conference data. Every article lists its sources with links so readers can check them.
We distinguish clearly between early-stage findings, preprints, press releases and confirmed results, and we report trial phase, size and limitations alongside headline outcomes.
Medical review
Articles giving health information are reviewed by a qualified professional. Where this has happened, the reviewer's name, credentials and the last-reviewed date are shown on the article.
Conflicts of interest
Writers and reviewers must declare any financial or professional interests relevant to a story. Where a conflict cannot be avoided, it is disclosed in the article.
Corrections
We correct errors promptly and transparently. Significant corrections are noted at the end of the article with the date of the change. To report an error, email contact@clinicaltrialshub.com.
Not medical advice
Our content is for information only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Readers considering joining a trial or changing treatment should speak to their doctor.
